The purpose of the meeting is to provide information on an application currently being processed by Sustainable Development and receive feedback from participants.

The application is to rezone properties at 5604, 5608, 5610, and 5620 Whitemud Road NW from (RR) Rural Residential Zone and (RF1) Single Detached Residential Zone to (DC2) Site Specific Development Control Provision.

The proposed DC2 Provision would provide the opportunity for a development that would consist of separate buildings with a maximum height of 16 metres (approximately 4 storeys). There could be up to 45 dwellings and resident parking would be accommodated underground with surface visitor parking..
