The Alberta Centre for Active living releases 2015 survey

The Alberta Centre for Active Living has released their 2015 Alberta Survey on Physical Activity. Please read it HERE.

The centre has been reporting on the physical activity of albertans since 1993.  The Survey found that 60% of Albertans are doing enough to gain benefits.  We need to move more and sit less.  The guidelines recommend that adults should accumulate at least 150 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity per week, in bouts of 10 minutes or more.
