The City of Edmonton invites citizens to share their thoughts and experiences with winter snow plowing and spring street sweeping of the 106 Street bike route between 29 Avenue and Saskatchewan Drive.
This stretch of 106 Street is part of a pilot project to maintain a one metre wide bike lane by clearing snow and sanding in winter, and to monitor the effectiveness of spring cleaning.
The survey will be active from August 5 to September 5, 2014.
We are looking to hear from motorists, area residents and cyclists who use this route on a regular basis.
Lessons learned and information gathered will be applied to a bike lane maintenance plan for the entire Priority Bicycle Network.
